Emily joined our office in 2003. She is an immigration attorney dealing with employment-based cases in both nonimmigrant and immigrant areas. She spends much of her time conducting research on the constantly changing maze of immigration laws and uses this information to respond effectively to various requests for evidence. She represents corporate clients in many industries, particularly Engineering, Information Technology, and Healthcare. Mrs. Lopez is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University and the University of Houston Law Center. In addition to work, she enjoys spending time with family and playing golf in her free time.

Venessa joined Reddy & Neumann in 1997. As the first Legal Assistant in our office, Venessa understands the needs of our clients and works with them to ensure that each case is handled accurately and efficiently. Venessa is responsible for assisting clients in filing their H-1B, I-140/I-485, and EAD/AP applications, as well as assisting with AC21 and consular processing issues. This involves interviewing and corresponding with clients, preparing immigration petitions, and maintaining client files.
